The fastest and easiest setup
After creating a flow in the affiliate network, the affiliate network will provide us with a tracking link to the offer where we need to direct traffic. We will specify this link in the offer page settings in the cloaking settings.
1. Create a campaign
Enter:
Campaign Name
Safe page - the page that filtered users will see. You can specify a site from Google or your own created white page.
Offer page - your page or link to the offer. If we direct traffic to the tracking link provided by the affiliate network, we choose the redirect method.
Do not touch the filters; we will enable them after checking the display of the Safe and Offer pages.
Download the script (file index.php) of the created campaign and upload it to our hosting:
2. Check the white page and offer page in the browser
Go to the domain attached to this hosting. For example, our domain is cloud-filter.tech (this is what we will use in advertising).
We see that our Offer Page has opened.
Click on the campaign in the service and see the statistics with our click.
Now we need to check the display of the Safe Page. To do this, go to the campaign settings and pause it (when the campaign is paused, all users will see the Safe Page).
Check the Safe Page by going to our domain cloud-filter.tech.
We see the Safe Page, go to the statistics and see what filtered us on the Safe page since the campaign was paused.
Checked that the Safe page and Offer page are displayed correctly.
3. Enable filters
Now we enable the filters to filter out bots, moderators, and other unwanted traffic.
These filters are suitable for 99% of traffic sources, such as Facebook, Google, TikTok, MT, VK, Yandex Direct, and many other sources.
We have configured and checked the cloaking, now we launch traffic to the advertising domain.
